Poppy Seed Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breasts
1 large carton sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp. poppy seed
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 stick margarine
1 stack Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook chicken breasts in a large boiler with ample water until tender.
Set aside to cool.
Mix sour cream, chicken soup, poppy seed and broth together until smooth.
Tear chicken from bone into bite size pieces and add to mixture.
