Saturday Night Special - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. fat
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3/4 c. catsup
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. diced onion
    1 (28 oz.) can pork and beans
Preparation
    Brown meat in fat; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients, except beans.
    Blend thoroughly.
    Cook over low heat 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Add beans and heat.
