Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. scalded milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 yeast cakes
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    7 c. flour (approximately)
    1 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
    Mix cooled milk, shortening, sugar and salt.
    Add eggs.
    Mix yeast with 1 tablespoon sugar in the warm water.
    Add flour.
    Let rise.
    Knead down.
    Shape into rolls.
    Put in greased tins.
    Let rise.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes until brown in 400\u00b0 oven.
