Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. oleo
    2 Tbsp. chives or green onions
    grated cheese
    bacon bits
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in 400\u00b0 oven until soft, 40 to 60 minutes.
    Cut in half lengthwise.
    Scoop potato pulp from shell.
    Combine other ingredients.
    Whip until light and fluffy.
    Pile lightly into potato shells.
    Top with grated cheese and bacon bits.
    Place on cookie sheet.
    Bake in 325\u00b0 oven until lightly browned.
