Crispy Yam Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 lb. yams, cooked and mashed
    1/3 c. milk
    3 oz. butter
    3 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Mix yams and milk; pat into greased pan.
    Dot yams with butter.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Sprinkle over yams.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 25 servings.
