Hollandaise Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. warm water
    3 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/2 lb. butter, melted
Preparation
    In top of double boiler, place warm water and egg yolks; beat until creamy (3 minutes).
    Remove from heat.
    Add lemon, salt and pepper.
    Beat in butter a little at a time until smooth.
