Lo-Cal Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped fresh spinach or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 pkg. dried vegetable soup mix
    2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
    1 1/4 c. plain nonfat yogurt
    1/2 c. shredded carrots
    1 round loaf rye, pumpernickel or sourdough bread
Preparation
    Serve with crackers or other vegetables.
