Egg Salad Melt - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs, hard boiled
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/3 c. celery, small diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 slices cheddar cheese, mild
    6 slices white bread
Preparation
    Mix together, chopped up hard boiled eggs, mayonnaise and celery. Season. Lightly toast the bread. Place 3 slices of the bread on a cookie sheet. Top each with 1/3 of the egg salad. Top with the cheese. Place under a hot broiler until the cheese has just melted. Top with the remaining toasted bread. Serve immediately.
