Pineapple Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lge can chunk pineapple and half of juice
    4 Tbsp self rising flour
    1/3 C sugar
    1 C grated cheddar cheese
    1/2 sleeve Ritz crackers
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix pineapple, juice, flour, sugar and cheese together.
    Put in baking dish.
    Crumble Ritz crackers and spread over top of mixture.
    Pour melted margarine on top of crackers.
    Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
