Ham Dandy(Servings: 8) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bread, remove crusts
    2 c. milk
    1 stick margarine
    8 eggs, beaten
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. diced ham or bacon
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 12 x 3-inch casserole dish.
    Line with bread. Scald milk; add margarine and remove from heat.
    Beat eggs.
    Add cheese, dry mustard and ham or bacon.
    Mix with milk mixture. Pour over bread.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 1 hour or nicely brown on top.
