Pork Chops With Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 lean pork chops
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/2 c. hot water
6 medium potatoes, sliced
1 onion, sliced
1 tsp. salt
pepper to taste
Preparation

Slice potatoes and onion into a buttered casserole.
Season with salt and pepper.
Brown chops quickly on both sides in a little oil.
Place chops on top of the potatoes.
Blend the mushroom soup, onion soup mix and hot water.
Spread over the chops, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Uncover and bake 20 to 30 minutes more, until chops are tender and potatoes are done.
