Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped apples
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. halved seedless red or green grapes
    1/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts
    leaf lettuce (optional)
Preparation
    In a medium mixing bowl combine apples, celery, grapes, yogurt and walnuts; mix well.
    Cover and chill for 2 to 24 hours.
    If desired, serve in a lettuce-lined bowl.
    Yield: 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
