Bananas Foster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. rum extract
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3 bananas, diagonally sliced 1/2-inch thick
    1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped
    1/3 c. coconut, toasted
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart glass bowl, combine brown sugar, butter, water, lemon juice, rum extract and nutmeg.
    Cook on High for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes; stir twice.
    Add bananas and stir gently.
    Cook at Medium for 1 minute.
    Spoon warm bananas and sauce into dessert dishes. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with toasted coconut.
