Janet'S Beet Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cooked ground beets
    2 small onions, chopped fine
    3 red peppers, chopped fine
    2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. prepared horseradish
    2 c. vinegar
    3/4 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in kettle.
    Bring to a boil.
    Cook for 15 minutes.
    Place in hot, sterilized jars.
    Seal in screw top jars.
