Corn And Crawfish Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. flour
1 chopped onion
1 lb. crawfish tails
1 qt. milk
2 cans cream-style corn
1 (15 oz.) can corn
1 can cream of potato soup
1/2 tsp. Accent
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce to taste
seasoned salt to taste
1/4 c. grated Provolone cheese
1/4 c. chopped shallots
Preparation

Blend together margarine and flour over low heat.
Add onion; saute until wilted.
Add remaining ingredients, except grated cheese and shallots.
Cook on medium heat for 40 minutes.
Add shallots to soup just before serving.
Add grated cheese to individual bowls.
Serves 7 to 8.
