Peach Pudding Surprise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cold cooked rice
    1 c. canned coconut flakes
    1 c. canned sliced peaches
    1/4 c. crushed pineapple
    1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine cold cooked rice, coconut, peaches and pineapple. Stir together condensed milk and lemon juice.
    Combine milk mixture and rice mixture.
    Add vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Pour into an 8 x 11 1/2-inch buttered Pyrex dish.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
