Apple Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 apples
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Line 9-inch pie pan with pastry dough.
Fill with apples (if fresh apples, peel and quarter; simmer in 1/4 cup water until tender).
Combine remaining ingredients, except butter.
Sprinkle over apples; dot with butter.
