Tomato Tart - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 tomatoes, sliced
    1 unbaked (9-inch) pie shell
    8 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded
    2 Tbsp dried or chopped fresh basil
    1/4 c olive oil
Preparation
    Arrange the tomatoes slices evenly in the pie shell. Cover with the cheese. Sprinkle with basil. Drizzle with olive oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
