Fried Cream Of Wheat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    recipe on pkg.
    pinch of salt
    sugar to taste (on sweet side)
    grated rind of 1 lemon
    pinch of nutmeg
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Follow directions on package.
    To simmering Cream of Wheat add the salt, sugar, grated lemon rind, nutmeg and vanilla.
    In greased flat pan, pour cooked Cream of Wheat to 1 inch level. Allow to harden.
    When completely cooled, cut into 2 1/2 x 1 1/2-inch strips.
    Roll in bread crumbs, then fry in deep fat until brown.
