Gotebki(Cabbage Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked rice
    1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 whole head cabbage
    2 c. beef broth
    1 can condensed mushroom soup
    paprika sprinkled on top
Preparation
    Saute onion and minced garlic.
    Add meat and seasonings.
    When cooked, add rice.
    Boil water.
    Remove core from cabbage and place in the boiling water.
    Cover and cook until outer leaves are soft. Remove outer leaves.
    Repeat until all leaves are soft and removed.
