Impossible Pie Or Quick Quicheroswell, New Mexico - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 slices of bacon crisply fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded cheese (your choice)
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly grease 9 or 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of plate.
(You can use browned and crumbled sausage instead of bacon.)
