Apple Dapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 c. peeled and chopped apples
1 c. pecans or walnuts (your choice)

Preparation

Combine salad oil, sugar, vanilla and eggs; mix well.
Add flour, salt and soda to mixture; mix well.
Add apples and nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 in a greased Bundt pan.
May add 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, if you like.
