Apricot Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 center cut pork chops (about 1-inch thick)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. apricot preserves
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Mix preserves, lemon juice and mustard together.
    Grease a baking dish.
    Sprinkle pork chops on both sides with salt.
    Then arrange in a baking dish.
    Spoon ingredients over chops, turning them to coat.
    Place in a 425\u00b0 oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until pork chops are cooked through.
    Serve with pan juices.
