Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. oil
3 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. finely grated carrots
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Mix ingredients, adding nuts and carrots last.
Bake in Bundt pan for about 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
