Chicken Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    chicken pieces
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Mix ingredients. Don't worry if ginger floats on top; just mix as well as possible.
    Pour over chicken pieces (with or without skin and cut in strips or not).
    Marinate 1 hour.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning chicken pieces over halfway through baking time.
