Different Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 apples, diced
    1 banana, diced
    1 medium can pineapple tidbits
    1 can mandarin oranges, diced
    some grapes
    some cherries
    1/3 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Drain canned fruits and reserve juices.
    Mix 1/3 cup orange juice and 2 tablespoons cornstarch.
    Add 1/3 cup reserved pineapple juice and 1 tablespoon lemon juice.
    Stir and boil for 2 minutes.
    Pour hot mixture over the fruits in a bowl.
    Let set, uncovered, until cool, then refrigerate.
