Tom'S Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour (White Lily preferably)
    2 egg yolks
    1 1/4 c. sweet milk
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. Wesson oil
    2 stiffly beaten whites
Preparation
    Sift together dry ingredients twice; add gradually milk and mix
    with
    well
    beaten egg yolks and Wesson oil.
    Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.\tBake on hot waffle iron.
