Mississippi Mud Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    1 c. flour
    3/4 c. nuts
    large Cool Whip
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 small box instant chocolate pudding mix
Preparation
    Melt oleo. Pour in flour and nuts. Spread evenly in 11 x 7-inch pan. Bake 20 minutes at 375\u00b0. Let cool completely.
    Mix sugar, cream cheese and half of Cool Whip. Spread evenly over first layer. Mix pudding according to directions on box. Spread evenly over second layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Chill.
