Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. salad oil
1/4 c. white wine vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 medium head lettuce, torn
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
2 medium tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. halved ripe olives
1 Tbsp. snipped chives
Preparation

In a screwtop jar combine tomato sauce, oil, vinegar, sugar, salt, oregano, garlic powder and pepper.
Cover and shake.
Chill. Combine lettuce, cheeses, tomatoes, green pepper, olives and chives.
Shake dressing.
Pour some over salad.
Toss to coat. Pass remaining dressing.
