Crawfish Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. crawfish
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    pinch of thyme
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    2 sticks oleo
    2 medium onions
    1 c. chicken broth
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Saute onions and crawfish.
    Add remaining ingredients; simmer for about 30 minutes.
    Serve over hot rice or fettucine noodles.
