Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cooked sweet potatoes
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 c. milk
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Drain, peel and put potatoes in mixing bowl.
    Add sugar, eggs, milk, salt, vanilla and margarine. Beat with mixer until smooth. Put mixture into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Cover with topping and bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
