1 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 envelope Lipton recipe secrets savory herb and garlic soup mix
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 lemon slices
Preparation

In a large skillet, melt butter and brown chicken on both sides.
Stir in soup mix, blended with water and juice.
Arrange 1 lemon slice on each piece of chicken.
Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened and chicken is done.
Serve over rice.
