Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, peeled and sliced in 1/4 lengthwise
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix flour, Parmesan cheese and salt in a plastic Baggie.
    Place potatoes in Baggie and shake until potatoes are coated.
    Spray a baking pan with no stick cooking spray and put coated potatoes in pan.
    Bake in oven 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
