Lemon Yogurt Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter
2 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg, beaten
1 (8 oz.) container lemon yogurt
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Melt butter.
In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients until well blended.
Add egg, yogurt and butter.
Stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
(Mixture will resemble soft dough).
Use paper liners in muffin pans.
Fill 2/3 full.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
