Potato Deluxe Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded Colby cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. crushed potato chips or corn flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes 1/2 hour before using.
    Mix all ingredients except the margarine and potato chips.
    Put into greased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Dot top with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour. Top with chips or corn flakes the last 15 minutes of cooking.
