Cloud-Light Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. plain flour
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. baking powder (yes, tablespoons)
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    milk (enough to make the batter pour easily)
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients.
    Add eggs, oil and enough milk for the mixture to pour easily.
    Mix lightly.
    Mixture will be bubbly and foamy.
    Bake on well-greased griddle.
    Yields 4 to 6 servings.
