Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    2 eggs
    5 to 6 strips cooked bacon, crushed
    1/3 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. cornmeal mix
    2 jalapeno peppers, diced
    2/3 c. Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix together corn, oil, sour cream, eggs and cornmeal.
    Pour half of the mixture into heated cast-iron skillet.
    Put peppers, bacon and cheese on top of mixture in skillet.
    Pour remaining cornmeal mixture on top and cook 40 minutes at 325\u00b0.
