Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. boiled, mashed sweet potatoes
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
salt to taste
miniature marshmallows

Preparation

Combine all ingredients except marshmallows.
Put in a greased baking dish and bake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Raise oven temperature to 450\u00b0.
Cover top of pudding with marshmallows and continue baking until marshmallows are golden brown.
Serves 8.
