Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned or assorted chicken pieces
    flour
    paprika
    lemon-pepper
    garlic salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in shallow baking dish.
    Dip chicken pieces in flour.
    Place skin-side down in butter. Sprinkle with paprika, lemon-pepper and garlic salt.
    Bake, uncovered, at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken pieces.
    Sprinkle again with seasonings. Bake 20 additional minutes.
