Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    1 lb. bulk sausage
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    8 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Tear up bread slices, crusts removed and place in greased baking dish (13 x 9 x 2-inches).
    Brown and drain sausage (drain off fat).
    Spoon sausage over bread. Sprinkle with cheese.
    Beat together eggs, milk and seasonings.
    Pour over mixture in baking dish.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6 to 8.
