Wild Bill'S String Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. string beans (fresh or canned)
    1 medium-size onion
    4 small Irish potatoes
    Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Add water to just cover beans.
    Peel onion.
    Cut center of onion out and throw away.
    Slice onion about six times and lay on top.
    Peel potatoes, slice in uniform slices and lay on top of beans.
    Add about 12 drops of Tabasco sauce.
    Cook for about 1 1/2 hours on low heat.
