Spinach Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 c. finely chopped, fresh spinach
    1/2 c. freeze dried chives
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. minced parsley
Preparation
    Mix together and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
    Use as a dip for
    veggies.
    (Use fat-free sour cream for a cholesterol free dip.)
