Graham'S Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box elbow macaroni
    1 small tub Ricotta cheese
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. milk
    1 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1 lb. Mozzarella slices
Preparation
    Cook macaroni according to directions.
    Drain.
    Add butter, milk and Ricotta cheese.
    In a large casserole dish, layer macaroni, thin Cheddar, macaroni, Monterey Jack, macaroni and thin Mozzarella.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until brown on top.
