Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can salsa with green chiles (10 1/2 oz.)
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can ripe olives
    6 large corn tortillas
    1 c. grated Jack cheese
    1 can enchilada sauce
Preparation
    Brown ground beef.
    Combine with onion, soup, salsa, enchilada sauce, Cheddar cheese, olives and chiles.
    Tear 3 tortillas into pieces 11 x 7 x 2-inch.
    Spread half of meat mixture over these tortilla strips.
    Repeat.
    Sprinkle with Jack cheese.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Can use cream-style corn instead of chicken soup. Serves 8 to 10 persons.
