Pecan Shortbreads - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. butter
    6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    pinch of salt
    2 c. ground pecans
    2 c. cake flour
    vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar, add salt, pecans, flour and vanilla; then mix.
    Roll small pieces of dough in palm of hand in shape of a small finger.
    Bake cookies in 375\u00b0 oven for 12 minutes.
    Roll in powdered sugar while warm.
