Cabbage & Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, coarsely chopped
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced, washed, towel dried
    1 1/2 sticks butter*
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. Mrs. Dash original blend (optional)
    1 lb. kielbasa sausage, sliced in thick diagonal pieces*
    4 chicken bouillon cubes*
    1 lb. wide egg noodles, uncooked
Preparation
    Melt 1 stick butter in large, heavy pan. Saute cabbage, onion and mushrooms until cabbage is lightly brown but still slightly crisp, using medium to medium high heat and stirring as needed. Try to keep temperature so that the cabbage will brown, but the moisture will cook off and not make the cabbage soggy. Add sliced kielbasa, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook, uncovered until kielbasa is thoroughly heated. While cabbage is cooking add the bouillon cubes to boiling water and cook egg noodles as directed on package. Drain the noodles and toss with remaining butter. Place the noodles on a serving plate and \"nest\" the cabbage in the center. Great served with hot French bread.
