Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild sausage
    1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
    4 eggs
    8 slices bread
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 c. milk (sweet)
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Grease a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Place bread in bottom of dish. Sprinkle grated cheese over bread.
    Sprinkle sausage over cheese. Pour eggs and milk over sausage.
    Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
