2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. margarine
1 beaten egg
Preparation

Rub listed ingredients to crumbs.
Reserve 1/2 cup of the mixture for topping to be added before baking.
Add 1/2 cup milk and 1 teaspoon vanilla to remaining mixture.
