Tandori Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 2 lb. turkey breast
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. grated ginger root
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 garlic clove, chopped
Preparation
    Bone the turkey breast and remove skin.
    Add all ingredients to a large zipper bag.
    Let turkey marinate 8 to 12 hours.
    Remove turkey from bag, reserving marinade.
    Grill turkey over very hot coals 8 to 10 minutes on each side, brushing with marinade.
    Serve with rice pilaf and a fresh steamed vegetable.
    Serves 4 to 6.
