Western Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. skim milk
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. chicken-flavor instant bouillon
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Green Giant American mixtures Western style frozen potatoes, green beans, onions and red peppers
    3 c. cubed chicken breast
    1 (4 oz.) can Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    1 Tbsp. skim milk
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Spray 12 x 8-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
    In large saucepan, stir flour into 2 cups milk; blend well.
    Stir in mustard, bouillon and pepper.
    Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring frequently.
    Add vegetables and chicken; cook 5 to 7 minutes or until vegetables are completely thawed and warm, stirring occasionally.
